Meridian Solar Pathway Lights, Lawn Stake

Meridian Pathway Lights mark the edge of a path, driveway or lawn with a low pool of light rather than a glare. The stake sits close to the ground so the beam falls where it is useful, on the surface people are walking on, and the head is shaded to keep light out of the eyes of anyone approaching the house. It is a subtle effect that makes a garden feel finished after dark.

Each light is entirely self-contained. A solar panel in the head charges through the day and a dusk sensor switches the LED on automatically, so there is no cable to bury, no transformer to house and no switch to remember. Installation is a matter of pushing the stake into soft ground; the lights can be repositioned at any point as planting matures or a path is relaid.

Warm and cool white outputs are available in black or silver finishes, letting the fittings either recede into planting or pick up existing metalwork on gates and railings. Solar output depends entirely on daily sun, so site them clear of deep shade, overhanging branches and north-facing walls, and expect shorter run times through winter. The housings are built for normal rain exposure and are not intended for submersion.
